Coaching

Are your relationships sucking the life out of you?

Maybe you have given up trying to get your needs met, and you keep trudging along, hoping something will happen to change things for the better.

Have you started to wonder if you will ever be happy in an important relationship?

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.

~Maya Angelou

Do you have a parent, adult sibling, friend or partner who seems a bit controlling? It’s like they won’t let you just breathe your own air without lecturing or trying to get you to do things their way. They think that unsolicited advice and controlling behaviors are in your best interest.

Maybe you find yourself not saying what you really feel because wearing a mask just seems a lot easier, less drama. You don’t want to hurt any feelings, but they just don’t get it.

It’s hard when someone you’re close to doesn’t honor your boundaries. And it’s frustrating when they fuss, worry and interfere in your affairs.

You are left feeling irritated, embarrassed, or even worse, incompetent!

Don’t wait for permission to set adult talking boundaries.

Take your power back.

Conflict in relationships is natural because we are each different people. So, learning specific skills and having a life coach to help keep you on track can be a very powerful way to reclaim your personal power in your key relationships.

Find the keys you need to reach your relationship goals. Get practice speaking your truth honestly in a non-blaming way. I coach couples and individuals providing the keys you need to set healthy, adult talking boundaries using a straightforward, step-by-step and easy-to-understand process.

When we ignore what we are feeling, we are resisting connecting with ourselves. Don’t let your key relationships go one more day filled with drama and frustration.

Procrastination is one of the most common and deadliest diseases, and its toll on
success and happiness is heavy.

~Wayne Gretsky

I offer coaching that supports clients in achieving results.

Coaching work is forward-looking and based on empowering you to identify and achieve your goals.

Coaching is action-oriented.

I work with the external issues that need to be overcome to reach your goals. We do this on a one-to-one basis with the goal focused on achieving the results you desire.

I keep you accountable to your goals.

I may give you homework between sessions, and we’ll connect between sessions as you report your wins.

Coaching is not counseling or psychotherapy.

I don’t spend time on your past and/or the impact of your past upon the present. There is no discussion around mental illness when coaching.
